Ian is 35 years of age and makes his circuit racing debut this season. Ian is married to Mandy and they have two young children, Ben and Lauren.

Iain's background is on the short ovals. He initially raced in BriSCA F2 Stock Cars in a spare car belonging to multi champion Rob Speak, following the purchase of his own car he went onto achieve blue grade taking a number of race wins in his only full season.

Iain's car sports the number 85 and the legend 'Racing for Raymond' out of respect to the late Ray Tyldesley. Iain was a good friend and former mechanic to the former F1 Stox World Champion
