LEGENDS RACING Eliot Bunn

From Burgess Hill, Sussex

Eliot started racing karts when he was 12 and raced in Formula 6 up until he was 16.

He won a number of rounds during this time and came 2nd in the Winter Championship at Bayford Meadows.

At 16 he went into Rotax Max and completed a season in Super 1.

In 2006 he raced in Senior TKM (4 stroke)and Rotax Max (2 stroke) and had a number of podium finishes. Eliot is 20 and lives in Burgess Hill West Sussex. He is single but has a long standing girl friend – Carla.

Eliot won the Legends Cars Rookie championship in 2007 as well as the coveted John Nichol Award that is awarded at Anglesey each year.

He did not get a very good start this season (2008) due to a number of mechanical and electrical failures on his new car, which has left him with a lot of work to do if he wants to make an impact on this year’s series. He is however upbeat about the situation and knows that once the car has been set up correctly he will have no excuses!

He will be running in car 41 this season in the distinctive Maclaren colours red, chrome and black. Eliot continues to run under the watchful eye of Martin Davey of Smart Motorsport.

Sponsors for 2008 are Melville Exhibition Services the UK’s leading exhibition contractors and Payne Maintenance a company based in Haywards Heath West Sussex.
